Founded by Aaron and Jesse, GRPL is born from years spent on the mats, in creative studios, and overcoming personal challenges. Aaron’s journey began as a professional gamer, where precision and strategy shaped his competitive mindset. After discovering jiujitsu, he transformed his life—losing 50kg, earning his purple belt, and developing a deep appreciation for discipline and growth. Now in his third year of an Education degree, and fuelled by his love for IT and design, Aaron brings innovation and creativity into every piece we create.

Jesse stepped onto the mats at age 11 and never left. With an Advanced Diploma in Science, a Bachelor of Exercise Science, and a Master’s in Secondary Teaching, he combines deep technical understanding with elite experience. A 2nd-degree black belt, gym owner since 2019, and founder of a jiujitsu competition launched in 2025, Jesse is driven to design gear that truly supports athletes.
